It comes out both over the phone and in person. You can not only hear a smile but you can see it to. It drips of authenticity and or of deceit, you can mask it or hide it. Your clients or potential clients know and they feel.
In Sales a smile is contagious and could mean the subtle difference in closing 10, 20 or 30 more sales a month. As I think over our sales force it is easy to differentiate the smilers' from those who don't smile so much. The smilers' lead the league in sales time and time again.
