Park Station is located in the Central West End, just 1 block from the Forest Park MetroLink(train) station. It is either a ten minute drive or ten minute train ride to Busch Stadium. We have 2 bedroom apartments with 1 bathroom, 1.5 bathrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The apartments will be fully furnished, with utilities and parking included. We have a 24 hour fitness center, and a relaxing outdoor pool.

Sprucing Up for Spring!

    Great News Park Station!

We are making some great changes to the 5654 Delmar and 5622 Delmar buildings during the month of March. We will be painting, putting in new carpet, fixing doors, and making other great improvements!

New Happenings in 5560 Pershing

Park Station Residents

There will be some great changes taking place during the month of March!

5560 Pershing is receiving a make-over, starting with cheerful, green doors, which are being painted this week and next week.

Next in line will be new paint for the hallways and laundry areas, and new carpet in the hallways.

Feel free to give feedback regarding our changes along with any additional suggestions or remodeling ideas.

Taste of Soulard

It's that time of year when Soulard hosts it's annual celebration to kick off Mardi Gras!

Enjoy the opportunity to sample foods from Soulard's best restaurants while experiencing the Mardi Gras atmosphere!

The festivities are taking place Saturday and Sunday, February 14 and 15. The tickets are $25.00 and it lasts all day. They offer a heated trolley to travel to each location as well.

This is a great start to the Mardi Gras festivities and can be easily accessed through the MetroLink.

I have been to several of the restaurants that are participating in The Taste and can guarantee both great taste and variety.

 

                                                            

 

 

 

 

Nara Cafe on Washington

Nara Cafe and Hookah Lounge on Washington recently opened in September. This is a very unique restaurant, from the Mediterranean cuisine and belly dancers to the hookah lounge and DJ booth, it offers variety and creativity. They are open 7 days a week until 1:30am, so it's open for dining as well as late night fun.

I have heard nothing but great reviews regarding this new cafe and recommend trying it out, if not for the food, then just go for some drinks and the belly dancing show! Located on Washington Street in downtown St. Louis, it is near several metrolink stations, as well as many restaurants and bars also located downtown.

Friendly Reminder

The Park Station leasing office will be closing at 1:00pm on Wednesday, December 24th and will be closed December 25th and 26th for the holidays. The office will resume normal hours on Saturday, December 27th at 9:00am.

The office will also be closed January 1st. We will resume normal hours on Friday, January 2nd at 8:30am.

New Year's Eve Events!

Park Station Residents

Ring in the 2009 New Year right this season! There are so many events happening in the St. Louis area, it will be hard to choose just one. Check out the ones near the Central West End and you won't have to go far to have a good time!

First, Dr. Zhivegas is playing a show at The Pageant. It starts at 8:00pm. Celebrate the New Year with some live rock music! 

Or...If live rock music isn't your scene, enjoy the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra. They will be performing at Powell Symphony Hall on Grand starting at 7:30pm.

The festivities continue with Kaleidoscope, a holiday celebration taking place at the Grand Center on Grand and Lindell, starting at 6:00pm with many indoor and outdoor activities, and fireworks at 9:00pm. There will be performances, live music, and much more.

For those who really like to party, Blueberry Hill on Delmar, the Drunken Fish on Maryland, and Cafe Eau on Kingshighway will all be ringing in the New Year with fun festivities and will be open late!

Things To Do During the Christmas Holiday!

There is much to see and do this holiday season in St. Louis. Whether you stay close to home and catch the light display at the St. Louis Zoo, or ride the Metro Downtown to visit Santa at Macy's, St. Louis offers traditional and new festivities that are sure to bring happiness to your holiday!

1. Light Displays

The St. Louis Zoo is open for Wild Lights at the Zoo on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights through December 14th, and every night from 5:30-8:30pm starting December 19th. This light display, along with others such as the Way of Lights at Our Lady of the Snows Shrine and the Winter Wonderland and Tilles Park are fun and memorable things to do during the Winter Season.

2. Photos with Santa

The St. Louis Galleria is hosting Santa in their Garden Court until December 24th during mall hours for photos. Additional places where pictures can be taken with Santa this holiday season are: Macy's Downtown Saturday and Sunday December 13-14 for Breakfast with Santa, the St. Louis Zoo Saturday and Sunday, December 13-14, and Saturday and Sunday, December 20-21 at 9:00am and 11:00am.

3. Christmas Shows

Misouri Botanical Gardens is hosting "Carols in the Garden" December 13-14. This event will have Christmas carols being sung, Santa in his sleigh, and a flower and train show. Additional shows taking place during the holiday season are The Radio City Christmas Spectacular starring the Rockettes. This will be showing from December 11-28 at the Fabulous Fox Theatre, and Santa vs The Snowman, a fun show that is sure to get you in the holiday spirit, playing at the Science Center OMNIMAX Theater December 13th.
