Farewell Party for Felecia! 8/28/08

Hey guys, so as you all know our Felecia is going to be leaving us on the 29th. We would like to extend an invitation to everyone to come be a part of her goodbye pot luck. It is with great regret, that we must say goodbye to Felecia Richards. Her family is relocating due to a great opportunity for her husband. She has been with Equity for over six years. You may have seen her at Watermark Square, Centerpointe and LaSalle. Her love of red and humor are well known throughout the portfolio. Felecia is has brought a lot of experience to the portfolio and has survived two managers out on maternity leave. Co-workers often call her for questions. She will definitely be missed! We wish her the best of luck in her future endeavors. You rock Felecia!

This is a great oppurtunity for Portland to "Make some Noise!!"...

I’m calling on everyone to take part in helping make Equity a greener place. Please join your colleagues from around the country by contributing to the future of our company, our communities and the environment. By integrating green or sustainable practices into our daily activities we all have an opportunity to make a difference. here to access our intranet site. Green Team intranet page by July 11.

It is our responsibility to consider the environmental impacts of all the things we do. Although we can point to successful green projects we’ve already executed, such as lighting efficiency retrofits, green roofs, lease simplification and water conservation efforts, I challenge everyone to help find new ways of incorporating green practices into all aspects of our business.

There are a couple ways you can contribute right away. We’re looking for employees to submit ideas, questions or comments about how we can make Equity a greener company. Please do so by clicking
