Since we closed month end in January,  we have had some amazing leasing and traffic.

Pretty spectacular.  You all deserve a big round of applause and a pat on the back! 

In addition to all the day to day operations, I appreciate the continued focus on delivering outstanding service to  our prospects, residents, and your co-workers.

Craziest thing Kris has ever done: In High School he packed 8 people into an 88 Mustang and tried to cross the Canadian border. Needless to say it didn’t work but when they shined the light into the eyes of the guy sleeping in the trunk it was all worth it.

Strangest Job: The person driving the golf cart that people try and hit at the driving range.

Most embarrassing moment at work: Working the front desk at the driving range and it was really, really slow so he grabbed a few golf balls and started juggling. He got a call from the main office in back that everyone could see me through the security cameras. Luckily, it was one of the sales guys that noticed and not the owners (Not real scandalous he knows).

What Kris would do if he won a million dollars: Invest in owning a bowling alley.

How many different languages does Kris speak, and what are they: 1 English.  Took 3 years of Spanish and doesn't remember a word of it.

Hey gang, I just wanted to thank each and every one of you for your efforts and professionalism over the last couple of weeks. During my day and a half there this week I made it to 8 of the properties (sorry Country Gables, Meadowcreek, and Kempton Downs) and I was truly impressed with how awesome they all looked. The grounds were all neat and clean, the clubhouses looked great, the landscaping is beautiful and everyone seemed happy, focused and engaged. Portland does rock - because of each one of you doing your part! What you guys have going there is really a very cool thing to be a part of and not only are you getting outstanding financial results but it is a very easy place to "enjoy the ride". I am proud to be associated with you - please keep it going so Julia and Kris are proud as well when they are both in place on May 29. Thank you all.
