It is very easy to get caught up in our daily routine and we can miss out on what the rest of our Equity family is up to!  So I challenge you, get creative.  Send me what has been going on at your properties!

Chai and I are SO incredibly on top of the Insurance Action Items project, we only have ONE (that's 1!) apartment that has expired insurance!!!

My exciting accomplishment:

I have clientele!  I have a customer from Montana who does 2 month internships in OR and has rented from me twice before at CenterPointe.  Due to lots of following up, I'm happy to say that this loyal Equity resident has followed me to Palladia and just reserved a July unit.

I wanted to Share the Spotlight. This week we received two flower bouquets from our residents. One resident gave us the pink flowers. She is moving out but has enjoyed her stay with us because of the quick response and customer service by all team members. The yellow flowers came from a resident who was very happy with the tidiness of the patios on our community.

So it's been six years and you're actually leaving. Which brings us together this particular evening. When I heard the news I could not believe my ears, J'Mir leaving after all these years!

 

With your car of fuchsia and your laugh contagious, you're really willing to drive outside of your ten-mile radius?

 

What will we do without the wonder of you? Although no one really knows what you do...

 

What we do know for sure is we can call you for answers to questions that baffle, confuse and astound us.

 

You're always willing to share your knowledge, it's like you've spent your whole life in college.

 

You could be in GQ with your snazzy attire; we've voted you "best dressed" in the event of a fire!

 

And although you pick on each of us ruthlessly, we know you care for all of us truthfully.

 

Thank you for your spirit, your kindness and fun, you've made an awesome impact on everyone.

 

Now having said that and having said this, what we want you to know is how much you'll be missed.

Hi, My Name is...

Welcome Sami Bass to the Rockin’ Portland Portfolio!

Sami started in January at The Cove as a Leasing Consultant and started rocking! Sami came to Equity from the Rose Garden and Torrid, although she still works at Torrid, she used to work at Red Lion and Shilo Inn as a night auditor.

Sami enjoys music, going to concerts, and hanging out with her friends and family.
