• Schentel received delivered flowers from a resident who is leaving us.  He needs a larger home with three bedrooms.  The card with the beautiful flowers said - Schentel, Thank you for all your smiles, your warmth and your friendliness.  You make my stay here such a pleasure.  Best of Luck in all that you do!!  Sam #1616  Thank you very much for your focus on customer service.  You are the best.

• Laura Bicknell, our wonderful new Leasing Consultant has worked with us for two weeks now.  Many of those days have been in classes.  She is learning very quickly and has had three leases already.  Way to go Laura.  We are so exited to have you on our team.  Please welcome Laura to the portfolio.

• Anna Gargiule started with the portfolio last Monday.  Since then she has helped out numerous properties and has done a great job training.  Anna moved to Oregon from CA.  She has been in the Retail/Sales/Customer Service industry since 2005.  She has been promoted in every job that she has had. Please welcome Anna to the portfolio.

OUTRAGOUS OUTRAGOUS!!!!! Things have been crazy around this place busy busy busy..... We have been performing great looking great and if you could smell us over here mmmmmm is that not great or what LOL!!!  Occupancy went form 92% to 96.85 WOO WOO WOO!!!! that's what I'm talking about... This team has been all over the place, all we keep doing is ROCKIN AND I MEAN THAT!! Everyone out there keep your minds right, eyes focused, and know that we all can WALK THE TALK, and enjoy that RIDE. KEEP IT GOING PORTLAND.OH YEA I AM THE BEST THERE EVER WAS..............................jus kidding guys!!

Wine Tasting at Palladia

   The Palladia team had a fun night of wine tasting and food samples.  Vino 100 brought a variety of wines from reds to whites, and entrees made easy had warm chocolate lava cakes, and two different types of pastas to try.  We also had a raffle with products that the two companies donated. There was live music courtesy of Chet and his guitar, and there were about 30 residents who showed up to join in the fun.   It was a great night to able build good connections with residents.

 

Success Coming from Palladia

Nicole Shares their Success!:

At Palladia we have had some great resident events.  We have had bingo nights that the residents love. Around 42 residents came and now people call all the time to see when the next one is. We are going to have a wine tasting evening and this will also include sweet treats and live music.  fun stuff at Palladia!!

I also put together a community event for light the night walk for leukemia and lymphoma society.  Our goal was $1000.00 and we raised over that $1382.00.  We had about 10 or 13 equity employees who participated in it.  The photos and names are going to be on the blog.

Bingo at Palladia

At out 1st annual Bingo Bonanza we had forty two residents that showed up to play.  We had great gift baskets that we gave away to the winners. We served popcorn, cookies, candy, and pop.  The residents were bingo crazy, and were begging for it every month. It was something we would do again, because not only was it a great way for us to interact with the residents, but the residents were sharing tables and having a ton of fun with each other. Bingo is cool again!!

Club at the Green Summer Bbq Success

Summer BBQ a Success ...

Club at the Green's summer BBQ was a roaring success.  They would like to thank their resident, Joe Newton, for cooking all the delicious hot dogs and hamburgers for his neighbors.  It was a great sunny summer day.  Lots of fun prizes were raffled off and everyone kept cool with cold sodas and icee otter pops.  There is nothing like a great summer day filled with laughter and fun for everyone.

Congrats on Ace Award Runner's up and Nominees

CONGRATULATIONS to Misty Johnston and Tim Jellum whom received Runner Up awards at the Ace Event held last night.  The other nominees that we would like to recognize is Chris Ludwig and Krista Davis!

I would like to introduce a new addition to Equity, Schentel at Meadowcreek. Schentel takes the term “jumping right in” to heart as she is already making a great impression with her prospects.

Success Story:

Most people will say that you don’t judge success by your title or paycheck, but by how many friendships you have.  I believe this sincerely, and the most successful person I know is Mike Brewer.  This man is a true friend to everyone he meets. 

            We can define the type of person that we would like to befriend, every characteristic that is thought of, define Mike.  He is an amazing man, mentor, and human.

            We will miss our friend.  We will miss you Mike.  You will be in our hearts always.  We wish you well and know that you will be very successful where ever you are.
