Wi-Fi or Die

Okay that might be a little dramatic but nevertheless it is no longer an option. If you still have clubhouses and or common areas that are not equipped with FREE Wi-Fi then stop what you are doing right now and get it installed.

Already it has become a USP from the communities that have it and it is showing up more and more as a question from prospects.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Take a job for what it teaches you, not for what it pays. Instead of a potential employer asking, ‘Where do you see yourself in 5 years?’ you’ll ask, ‘If I invest my mental assets with you for 5 years, how much will they appreciate? How much will my portfolio of career options grow?’ ”-Stan Davis & Christopher Meyer, futureWEALTH

Masks

Seth Godin shares an interesting story: Painting Fakes

Made me think about the mask we put on when we go to work. Let me explain...

You know the mask I am talking about; the I am here to serve you despite the fact that my home life has been in suffer mode for some time and it's tax season again, mask. The one you wear to give fake customer service.

We all have our good days and our bad days at least Picasso was honest about it.

What is the quickest way to the loop: The Eyes. Eye Contact.

Signage Sponsored by Google

Retail Traffic posts one of the many next steps for Google in the way of advertising. No reason the PM industry could or should not follow. Or better yet, one of us could be the trailblazer...

Here is a quote from the post;

"While describing the (potential) product, the application states, “One example of this are kiosk-type billboards typically located in retail outlets, such as shopping malls, airports, hotel lobbies, etc. In their simplest form these devices loop through a series of poster-type advertisements promoting, movies, products and/or retail outlets in proximity to the sign to induce specific customer behavior.”
