Submit your best example of customer service in this business. I am looking for examples of ways that we can enhance our service to our prospects and residents. What I am really looking for are those stories like the time you carried Mrs. Gary's garbage while she was down and out with a broken leg.

This may not be a "Best Example" but we regularly install our residents flat screen TV's and or thier swival mounts at move in for them.
