Spring is in the air

Growing vegetables in containers is a great read for those of us who live in and or manage apartment buildings. It is that time of the year so why not get a jump on it and provide a couple of cool things for your residents. This article is a good start but don't stop there. You could purchase containers, seeds and soil to give away as move in or renewal gifts.

Flexibility

We allow our future residents to pick their date of move-in why not allow them to choose the day they would like their lease to end. I recognize the need for some degree of lease expiration management but something to think about.
