The first day is the most paramount in attracting top talent, or should I say keeping top talent! A recent survey by the Institute for Corporate Productivity found that 9 out of 10 companies have a new hire orientation and about half of them think they can make that happen in 1 to 2 days. Are we really that compelling? Or, not so much? I'm thinking most new Talent feels much like the pic I've attached to this post. I know we have some work to do in this area.
