I think back to the time I leased apartment homes and more times than not I sold the most when my feelings, thoughts and actions were in complete resonance with the prospects I was trying to help.
While the book is more about the deeper engineering of our brain in relation to the social workings of our lives, I am finding that a lot of it can be applied to sales.
